We’re just a day away from our first Food Drop at Pasadena Unified School District on Saturday! The For Better, Not Worse team is excited as are our partners Pasadena’s Families In Transition and Whole Foods Market Pasadena. Our local TV stations CBS2 Los Angeles and KCAL9 also got caught up in all the excitement.
Thank you CBS2/KCAL9 and Kristine Lazar for providing us with our first piece of news coverage on yesterday’s evening news. We are so grateful for the opportunity to share our story with your viewers.
Check out FBNW’s news segment on their website in the link below:
"The creator of the clothing line, “For Better, Not Worse,” pledged to give a bag of groceries to a child in need for every shirt sold. For more information, visit www.fbnw.us. Kristine Lazar reports."
Stay tuned for an update on how our first Food Drop goes this weekend. Hungry to happy one bag at a time – let’s end child hunger and spread happiness together!
Thanks to Kristine from KCAL and to the volunteer students that helped out!
